KIA SOUL
Kia launches new photos and the engines and the characteristics of the future Soul . This " mini SUV "will be presented to the public at the upcoming Paris Motor Show 2008.
The Kia Soul and measured 4.11 m long and 1.79 m wide and 1.61 high. The wheelbase stands at 2.55 m and only a five-door version will be available. With a look rather successful, modern and full of personality, the Kia Soul is expected to attract a young and urban clientele.
Three engines, two petrol and one diesel, will be available with variations by market. Thus, one could find a 1.4 liter petrol (105 hp on the French market), a 1.6 liter petrol (122 PS of the French market) and a 1.6 CRDI (90 or 115 hp the French market). Outside the European market, a 2.0 liter petrol unit will also be available.
The Kia Soul is expected to take his first laps at the beginning of 2009.
