Nissan Maxima 3 5 2010 Specifications and Reviews

The Maxima is a immense premium sedan with decent handling and excellent power, but does not live up to its label of a 4DSC (4-Door Sports Car). Styling is somewhat apathetic, but it isnt unattractive either. Inside is quite nice, with ample rear legroom and relaxing seats. With almost 300 horsepower and one of the best CVTs in the business, performance is pretty good for such a large car. The CVT provides exceptionally smooth acceleration as well as good fuel economy - I saw around 20 mpg in the city. Ultimately, the Maxima is a great family sedan, but the 4DSC badge only raises expectations that lead to disappointment

New Battery Plant Alliance with Renault Nissan

The construction of the very 1st Renault-Nissan Alliance Battery Plant in Europe has some of the most important production rate of lithium-ion based batteries. They have begun at Sunderland, UK and their chief operation has been going on at Nissan Motor Co. Ltd.

There are supposed to be new ceremony held to celebrate the start of a new construction project works that have been proposed in the ceremony. The Nissan’s Sunderland car plant has been marking the beginning of this £210-million project. There will be new operations working from 2012 along with initial annual reports. The volume which can be contained or received have been growing through 60,000 units. The operation will work on supplying fresh batteries to Nissan as well as Renault electric vehicles.

There would be new plants that would be produce along with 200 new jobs given by Nissan along with the further expansion of their supply chain all across US. There are the at an earlier time announced new locations and one of them would be in Cacia, Portugal. These plans would make battery production at a wider scale. There would also be the one in France at the Renault’s Flins plant.

There would be 2nd battery assembly located through the Nissan LEAF vehicles along with the JUKE compact crossover features. These would enter the production in August 2010 along with the Nissan’s Oppama Plant in Japan. This is going to be another global production unit while the LEAF would be working with it. The first really affordable mass production zero-emission and battery operated vehicle would thus come across the world in a big way.

this is Nissan EV Versa Prototype (EV-11) .Nissan has been quite vocal about its electric-vehicle ambitions. Along with the announcement of its new electric-vehicle platform this morning, Nissan launched a mini-site focused around the launch of its first electric-car scheduled to make its debut on August 2nd. The site shows a teaser of what we can expect to see when Nissan shows the new electric-car, which will hit the U.S. and Japanese markets in 2010.

While this morning we saw Nissan�s new electric-vehicle platform as a Versa-based prototype, the all-electric vehicle scheduled to debut in 2010 will have a unique design and body.

Nissan says that the in-house developed electric-motor will help the car produce a total of 107-hp with a driving range of more than 99 miles on a single charge.

For the Juke-R, Mallock engineers and those of Nissan Europe have used the 3.8 liter V6 twin turbo engine from 485 horsepower in the coupe GT-R, provided a special "roll-bar", which in addition to the natural functions of ensuring the safety pilot is actually a second chassis, suspension and mounted the entire gearbox-transmission GT-R, lightened as I could get to a weight of 1800 kg, and widened body to accommodate the large 20-inch wheels. They then developed the aerodynamic configuration.

The preparation and assembly of the Juke-R has involved four months of work. So the tests in England, on circuto Silverstone. And the record-breaking performance.

Nissan has solely declared the Japanese market launch of its modern condensed sports crossover ride 2011 Nissan JUKE. Already at the brand’s dealerships, the bold-styled JUKE is sacrificed the customers a brand-new vision in the compact version, mixing the quickness of a small sports car with the quality,safty and stoutness of a sport utility vehicle.

The 2011 Nissan Juke is a new compact SUV from this Japanese automaker. Juke seats 5 and slots below the Nissan Rogue in size. It comes in three trim levels: base S, mid-level SV, and top-line SL. Each is offered with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. That engine should have plenty of power to hustle the Juke, considering that this thing is small. With a 99.6-inch wheelbase, and at 162.4 inches long, 69.5 inches wide, and 61.8 inches tall, the Juke will actually be about the same size as the wee Versa five-door, which gets by okay with just 122 hp. The Versas wheelbase measures 102.4 inches, while its length, width, and height come in at 169.1 inches, 66.7 inches, and 60.4 inches, respectively.The sole engine is a 180-horsepower 1.6-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder. All Jukes offer a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that behaves like an automatic. The front-drive SV and SL can be equipped with a 6-speed manual.

Featuring the first application of Nissans 1.6-liter direct injected four-cylinder turbo in North America, it will be available with torque vectoring all-wheel drive, so it might just be the drivers car of the bunch, too.

Featuring "180+ horsepower and 170+ lb-ft of torque," it will be available in both six-speed manual form and CVT with a sport setting. The 2011 Nissan JUKE is priced between 1,690,500 yen (18,460.96 USD) and 1,790,250 yen (19,550.75 USD), including consumption tax.Unfortunately, the three-pedal setup will only be available in front-drive SV and SL trim, however. That torque-vectoring system? It defaults to a 50:50 front-to-rear split, but it can push power from side-to-side along the rear axle when situations warrant.

Brian O’Conner’s Nissan Skyline R34 GT R

2 Fast 2 Furious is the 2003 street racing action movie directed by wild John Singleton. Paul Walker returns as former cop Brian O’Conner who teams with ex-con pal Roman Pearce his (Tyrese). Transportation duo of dirty money for the dealer delivery shady Miami-based import-export Carter Verone (Cole Hauser), while working with undercover agent Monica Fuentes (Mendes) to bring Verone down. Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R became a legend among sports car lovers, there’s nothing to match its reputation as a sports car of this Japanese muscle.

By Josh Jacquot doing his imitation suave Paul Walker, Skyline, which is bone stock under the hood, groped its way through the quarter in 14.1 seconds at 101 mph – the third fastest car of the six that are included in this test car movie. Last stock R34 we drove hit 60 mph in just 5.07 seconds and destroyed a quarter mile in 13.3 seconds at 103.7 mph. From 60 mph, the car was stopped in 127 ft. Overall, Skyline turned out to be one of the better and better sorted than six cars running. “Now we know how the R34 rear-wheel-drives do.”
